This boutique apartment lies in the colourful seaside resort of Sliema, the latter being the beating heart of the Maltese islands and close to vibrant St. Julians area. The apartment is only 100 meters from the rocky beach in Sliema where cafes, lounges, bars and beach clubs are located. It’s also on the doorstep of a myriad of English Language schools which pepper the area. Diving schools, International banks and companies are all around us so whether you are here for business or pleasure, you can be sure to be walking distance away from your destination.
The apartment is located in a historic building which has been renovated. We have made sure to combine the beauty of traditional Maltese craftsmanship visible in the handmade tiles adorning the living room coupled with a touch of Maltese glassware. We hope to give you a sense of Mediterranean lifestyle not just a place to stay. The apartment is medium sized and provides a homey feeling with a well sized living room, embellished with beautiful lightning, a new sofa, television, free WIFI internet, dvd player and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and microwave, all required cooking utensils, pots and pans.
The media room is surrounded by two bedrooms, the main bedroom and a secondary room which can host two persons and baby cot. The main bedroom is rather large and has been refurbished with new furniture and queen sized bed. It also enjoys a balcony which helps keep the apartment cool all year round due to the breeze that blows from the sea. It’s a great place to sit and read your favourite book while your dinner cooks after a long walk by the seaside.
A lift caters for easy access to the apartment. The public bus stop is located just outside the apartment and other popular bus stops used by language schools are all within 5 minutes from us. A number of shops ensure that you have a fresh supply of products daily. A pharmacy and a hospital are located one street away so you can treat yourself to excellent facilities. The bus stop is 2 mins from the apartment. Buses to Valletta and all other major tourist attractions all depart from Sliema including the ferry to Comino as well as all other connecting ferries to Valletta.
Public transport in this part of Malta is very easily accessible and taxis to and from the apartment to St. Julians are cheap (about 10Euro)which means you are well connected round the clock.
It also offers some of the best places for walks along the coast early in the morning where you can appreciate the beauty of living on the equivalent of the Maltese Cote d’Azure! Whatever you need, mention it, and you can find it here, whether you are looking for English schools, beach clubs, nightclubs, diving schools, flying, fishing, water sports, casinos or simply a relaxing holiday, Sliema caters for it.
House rulesThe apartment is located in a residential block thus it must be kept quiet especially in the evenings. It is ideal for families and friends but is not a party place. This must be strictly adhered to.
We observe a non smoking policy at this apartment for your convenience and that of other clients. We would like you to observe this attentively.
The balcony can provide for hours of relaxation. At the same time we kindly ask you to observe basic courtesy in order to maintain healthy neighborly relations.
Electricity and water utilities are included in the rent. A card will be given showing current meter read out and estimate consumption for your intended stay. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that this is not surpassed. Excess will be charged accordingly therefore we kindly ask you to make good use of all utilities.
Damage deposit of €200 is due in cash on arrival and refunded on the last day.

Kirche von Mellieha.
Tony ist ein guter, extrem freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sein umfassendes Wissen über Malta, seine Geschichte und Kultur, hat uns sehr geholfen unseren Urlaub interessant zu gestalten. Seine Tipps werden wir wahrscheinlich auch noch bei zukünftigen Malta-Urlauben gerne befolgen.

Practical location for this flat -closed to Gozo ferry and Paradise bay.
