Apartment im Zentrum Berlins

Todo genial, el dia de llegada nuestro vuelo llego con mas de dos horas de retraso y Ralph nos esperó hasta que llegamos y al marcharse nos dijo que le llamaramos si teníamos cualquier problem, lo que agradecimos mucho. El apartamento tiene unas vistas increibles y el tamaño es perfecto para dos personas. La zona donde esta es genial ya que está entre el barrio judio y Nicolai Viertel que son zonas de muchisimos bares, terrazas y restaurantes. La isla de los museos a 5 minutos andando y la puerta de Branderburgo a 15-20 minutos de un paseo genial pasando por el Dom, Bebel Platz, etc hasta llegar a ella. Lo malo es que TODO el centro está en obras y aunque lo tienen muy bien organizado, las vistas no son las que nos gustarian. La limpieza del apartamento correcta y la unica pega que tiene es que el tren se oye mucho si tienes las ventanas abiertas. Es perfecto y lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

The apartment is idealy located for quick walks to Alexandra platz and very close to public transport links to access the rest of thr city.

The apartment itself is comfortable and clean. There is some wear and tear in the kitchen but nothing major.

The view from the apartment is stunning at night and one has a panoramic view with the iconic TV tower on the far right.

Excellent location in the middle of everything. Huge grocery market next door, lots of restaurants and shopping, right by train station, walking distance to many sites. Perfect. Loved the apartment! Very clean and kitchen was well equipped! Large shower and enough space for two people. The view was amazing!
The only drawback is the curtains did not block out the sun in the morning and the train was very noisy. However just bring ear plugs!
This was a great stay in a Berlin. We enjoyed it and would come back! I recommend!

Proprietario di casa gentilissimo nel venirci incontro nelle nostre esigenze a livello di orario per check in e check out! Appartamento ben arredato, pulito e accogliente. Vista pazzesca!! Unica (piccola) pecca è la mancanza di infissi esterni, quindi la mattina entra molta luce anche attraverso la tenda (ma queste sono comunque cose soggettive). Ci tornerei volentieri!!

The apartment is very well situated. All the basics need where supplied. It was clean, except one area (the host proposed to send someone). The bathroom offers a relaxing space. 
Yes! There where a wlan connection problem at times. Despite this, there was a internet solution at a Coffee shop across the street. And the host reacted promptly to reconnect when warned.

Einwandfrei und unkompliziert.

fenomenal el apartamento de Ralph! Estuve la semana pasada alojada en su apartamento durante 3 días por cuestiones de trabajo y me sentí como en casa! Aparte de que es bonito y acogedor y que no le falta detalle, ya que tiene stodo lo qu epuedas imaginar, plancha, tele, secador d epelo, cafetera, tv, radio, etc... a ubicación es fantástica. La parada del autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 1 minuto del apartamento, asi como el metro y el S-Bahn. La ubicación es super-centrica, 5 minutos andando a Alexanderplatz y el barrio de hackescher Mark es super bonito ( el antiguo barrio judio de Berlín). Además en este barrio, encontrareis tiendas y restaurantes muy coquetos y a buen precio.
El propietario Ralph, es super majo, incluso fué a recogerme a la parada del autobús para llevarme al apartamento. Gracias Ralph :-)
Asi que la próxima vez que vuelva a Berlin, volveré a repetir!

Ein sehr schönes kleine Appartement mitten in der City von Berlin. Habe mich am Wochenende dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super auch der Empfang und die Einweisung gut.
Einen kleine Minuspunkt sind die Fenster. Wenn der Wind im 16ten Stock ums Haus pfeift pfeifen auch die Fenster die nicht dicht sind. Diese sollten mal eingestellt werden so das diese wieder dicht sind und das Pfeifgeräusch verschwindet.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen das ist nichts was mich hindern würde.

Was man bedenken sollte ist die absolut schlechte Parksituation aber das angebotene Parkticket für die Parkzone war schon hilfreich.

This apartment is just great! Incredible view of the city and the lovely TV Tower. All facilities needed were provided in the apartment and Ralph was very helpful!

Incredible location right next to Alexanderplatz. Great value and would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)
