During your stay you can enjoy free Wifi and cable TV.
The apartment is located in a residential neighbourhood at walking distance from the main EU offices, the city centre and public transport hubs. We are just behind some of Brussels' most famous Art Nouveau Squares and parks (Ambiorix, Marie Louise).
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a period house, built in the XIX century (please note that there is no elevator). It keeps all the beautiful character of the original building: marble mantelpieces, wooden floor, stucco decorated ceilings 4mt high.
We (your hosts) live in the rest of the house, but the apartment is completely independent.
We are an Italian / British couple. We are available to help and are happy to provide information that would help you to have a smooth and pleasant stay.
Between us, we speak English, Italian, French and German.
The apartment is in a private house, therefore we expect no excessive noise between 23hr and 7.30, especially in the hallway and the stairs.
No outside shoes in the apartment, for hygiene reasons and to respect the quiet of people staying below the flat.
Not suitable for children.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 150 € to be paid cash at arrival. To be refund, as appropriate if no damages or similar issues, at departure.

Check in and check out times can be flexible, depending on other bookings.
Please note that Check In and Check Out outside these times have to be agreed with us and MIGHT carry an EXTRA COST of 20€. Availability for Check In and Check Out between 8pm and 8am has to be confirmed by us and MIGHT carry an EXTRA COST of 35€. Time flexibility and extra costs will be confirmed to you before your arrival.

The owner or property manager do not accept liability for lost or stolen personal property of the guest from the property during the rental period.
All guests understand and agree that neither the property owner nor property manager can accept responsibility whatsoever in case of accident or illness whilst on the property.
We will not accept liability for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil disobedience, riot, or other force majeure that may have a deleterious effect on the Guest. We cannot accept any liability for the failure of public supplies such as water, electricity or gas supplies. Nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may supply or control main services, or any action taken in the vicinity of the property reserved, by any authority or persons over which we have no control. We cannot accept any liability for the heating system, or any household appliance breaking down. Urgent steps will be taken for a local helper to rectify any problem.

Very nice apartment with all amenities, newly renovated and nicely decorated. Office facilities. Hospitable reception, well organized. Agreeable, quiet quarter of Brussels close to the downtown area. Recommended in particular for a medium-term stay, for a private visit to Brussels as well as for professional occasions.
Last week we had the pleasure of staying at Elena's place for a couple of days.
Next to an extremely nice and warm welcome we received, we were pleasantly surprised by the appartment. Highly recommended!!!

Een heel fijn appartement waar ik twee dagen ben geweest omdat ik direct om de hoek van de Rue de Spa een tweedaagse vergadering had. Uitstekend alternatief voor een hotel met een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door "host" Elena en haar dochter. Alle informatie over het appartement zelf en over "wat, waar en wanneer" in de naaste omgeving is beschikbaar. Bijvoorbeeld op kleine loopafstand van het appartement een prima supermarkt en in het appartement luxe meubels, een grote moderne tv met ook Nederlandse zenders en een nespresso apparaat. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar. Bei den Sprachen wurde u.a. auch Deutsch angegeben. Leider war er (deutschsprechend) nicht oft da, sodass die Kommunikation auf Englisch geführt werden musste. Sehr schönes Appartement in guter Lage im "Europäischen Viertel". Wir haben von dort aus vieles zu Fuß erkundet. Gerne wieder!
