Apartment is 30 m2 / 322 ft2 total with with living bedroom with kitchenette without stove and sink. The PRIVAT bathroom with shower and toilet is across the hall (NOT SAHRED). Apartment blend homely comforts such as basic kitchen, entertainment centre, bedding and work area, with useful elements. As for attention and services the apartment is on level of a 3 - 4 star hotel. Apartment is on the 2nd floor right side with an elevator (lift) oriented to the street.

I have actually stayed in 2C, so my bathroom was within the apartment. It was a nice place in fantastic location with all gadgets one can need for short stay, really comfortable place. Bakery was near by for fab breakfast. The only down was the folding door for the bathroom/toilet which is not sound proof, so if you are a couple and want to use a toilet in peace there is not much privacy - if you know what I mean....
The studio is very nice: beautiful design, street view beautiful and really good. The fact that the bathroom and toilet is outside the studio is not optimal. It must pass through the corridor to the elevator, so for emergencies it means. Another downside: there is in the studio + microwave plate but no point of water, so it must go in the bathroom for water ... With children, it is not practical at all. We asked David to another apartment on the same floor. Fortunately with kitchen bathroom and free it. Perfect. And David is charming and has found the solution immediately. Another downside, the studio is separated from another apartment with a double padded door. The insulation was zero. This one is in the works, it was not great. A second padded door will be on the other side dixit David, but I recommend checking it well in a résa. If you sleep with the neighbors ... :) So conclusion: lack of water point (unless it installs), rather consider it as charming room with his lover (them) and just the morning coffee and no dishes to do .. . Two stars for the first 3 days and more ...
Le studio est très agréable : beau design, vue sur la rue très belle et vraiment bien situé. Le fait que la SDB-wc soit en dehors du studio n'est pas optimal. Il faut passer par le couloir devant l'ascenseur, donc pour les urgences c'est moyen. Autre bémol : il y a bien dans le studio un micro onde + plaque mais pas de point d'eau, donc il faut aller dans la SDB pour l'eau... Avec enfants, cela n'est pas pratique du tout. Nous avons donc demandé à David un autre appart sur le palier. Heureusement libre et avec cuisine SDB dedans. Parfait. Et David est charmant et a trouvé la solution immédiatement.
Autre bémol, le studio est séparé d'un autre appart par une double porte capitonnée. L'isolation était nulle. Celui ci étant en travaux, ce n'était pas top. Une seconde porte capitonnée va être mise de l'autre côté dixit David, mais je recommande de bien vérifier cela lors d'une résa. Sinon l'on dort avec les voisins... :) Donc conclusion : faute de point d'eau (à moins qu'il l'installe), plutôt l'envisager comme chambre de charme avec son amoureuse (eux) et juste le café du matin et pas de vaisselle à faire... Deux étoiles pour le 1er jour et 3 pour la suite...

The Holiday flat lies directly in the centre of the "old town", perfect for various sightseeing trips in this beautiful City. We had 4 double-bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, necessary for our 7 persons. The rooms are big and the ceilings were high. The floors feature warm parkett or new Laminat. All rooms have been very clean.
Only the bathrooms´ sanitary installation and shower curtain could be renovated to improve the all in all good Impression.
Very nice apartment. Good location with Metro and tram by the door. Access to the terrace via "the roof" . Lose tiles on the floor of the terrace! Lots and lots of hangers four the close was very nice.
We stayed in Apartment 806 and our stay was just awesome. The apartment is super cute, clean, nicely furnished and there's much sunlight shining through the windows. The terrace with the view is soooo cool. In the kitchen, we found everything that we needed and all in all we felt super comfordable. We will be back for sure! Thank you :)
Clean and fully equipped appartment in a central location of Prague. Very quiet, no traffic noise at night. Only 10-15 min. to walk to the historical downtown area. Everything worked fine, getting the key at the reception desk was without any difficulty. We were very pleased with our stay and can recommend it.
i have varius ferling about my stay here, first thing the room i book was clear and perfect as was in the picture . Was in center and in perfect location as i looking for. In other side i have to make note that the rrom is manage from a company with a reception so you never will meet anybody to suggest you something like a local. The room is at 5th floor but when i was there nobidy mensioned that there is a reconstruction in the bulding so the elevator is stopped, durst everywhere and worker that start early in the morning making noisy.
Other think that i suggest at the property is this: during the night the first entrane of the gallery doesn't close, so i find people using drugs right on front the second entrance that is a bit cover from the street so no one can see nothing of what they do. Isn't very safe like that!!
