Gorgeous Brownstone in a Quiet Area

Nice apartment, plenty of room for the four of us. Enough furniture for a longer stay present. Nice hosts. Near the subway, all good achievement bar. Just good.

Great stay in NYC. Apartment friendly, functional and clean. Well located, close to metro and in a very nice and pretty HARLEM neighborhood. I recommend this rental.

We experienced the stay in "Gorgeous Harlem Brownstone" as pleasant and convenient. We had a great time and can recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place. The neighborhood is OK and the subway (less than 1 min. walk) brings you to all highlights in NY.

We were very pleased with our home in New York, despite the storm Sandy. There were beagles with accessories for us when we arrived which felt welcome. The couple on the floor below acted hosts and were very helpful even though they could not speak English so well. We got water and extra lighting during the storm. The area felt safe and at the metro station around the corner stopped both local and national trains, which was really nice. Three double bedrooms and a large common room suited us six excellent. We were very pleast with this appartment during our stay in New York, despite hurricane Sandy. Some of the reasons: Some food in the refrigerator When we came, well treated by the hosts, subway not far away, we felt safe in the area, three bedroom with beds for two and a large common room were perfect for us six person.

Great stay. The apartment is comfy, certain things would need to be refreshed but overall it's clean and well-maintained. Host brought us breakfast as soon as we arrived... service and convenience was impeccable. Enought space for a group of 6 to 8 people. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap but confortable stay in NY.

* Arrival : very kind welcome and help from the "cleaner" Joel (neighbour below on the first floor) * Location : 150 m away is the Metro. good connections, takes about 30-40 min to the centre of Manhattan * Neighbour : residential Harlem - nice * Accomodation : poor, especially price for money (we paid 1800 EUR for 7 nights) . Facade of the building is pritty, but insite the finishing of the floor , bathroom, doors, mattress, ...needs to be seriously improved. If you are several young people looking for a basic place to sleep and the prices would be aligned with the provided quality/location, this would be a good place to stay.

A place to recommend without hesitation! A spacious clean and well equipped (even products!) Ideal for a family coming to visit NY. And especially an owner or rather a fabulous hostess making your stay even more enjoyable!! Would recommend without hesitation

Superb apartment, like the photos, close to Times Square, 125th street ect. We have a great stay and we are booking again and gladly apartment. we recommend to everyone.
