Reviews for this host's other properties
We loved staying at this beautiful apartment in Brooklyn. It's everything you see on the pictures. We were a group of five and found it very comfortable. We used the kitchen a lot, it was a great place to hang out after a busy day. David and Jacqui were lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. Their friend even helped us order pizza. Overall great experience!
The two hosts are absolute professionals, this personally and very charming! They have thought of everything, were always helpful and had lots of good advice at hand. The apartment is very well equipped and of high quality, have even included us for a BBQ grill and utensils for a large family everything was available! And the charm to have once lived in a real, lovingly restored brownstone, is a unique New York experience! The neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The subway, there were only two blocks away and even the supermarket was right there. Total absolute and recommended in every way!
Just returned from a lovely week. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything!Just a few minutes walk from the metro,a welcome haven after a busy day in the City!Jacqui and David were delightful hosts too. A great find!
We have spent a wonderful time in NY, the apartment is really lovely and our hosts were Giacomo met with us.
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en NY, el apartamento es realmente encantador y nuestros anfitriones fueron amabilísimos con nosotras.
A perfect place to stay! Nice apartment with a garden. Next to the subway. In a neighborhood that was lively and safe! We loved staying here. Make sure you also take a day to visit Brooklyn! The host is living on the top floor of the house and is very friendly. He is there is you need advice or help. I recommend this apartment,t to everyone!!
A brilliant apartment. Cosy and warm. Much better and cheaper than hotell.
Incredible flat! Felt like our own home, couldn't recommended this place enough!
We love Brooklyn! Close to all the major sights in Manhattan (20 minutes to Midtown) but a world on ist own with beautiful brownstones, little gardens and friendly people. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere and multicultural clientele. Strolling through the streets you find little „garage antique markets“ or ateliers with young artists.
The apartment is amazing. Jacqui and David created a cosy space with a lot of fancy details. Coming back to the apartment after a long sightseeing day always felt like „coming home“. Our hosts gave us usefull recommendations and we really enjoyed their warm hospitality. Jacqui and David are like Brooklyn: You just have to love them :o)
The apartment is brilliant and has everything we needed with laundry and cooking facilities, plus a wonderful kitchen!. Just as good as it looked in the pictures, if not better! We very much liked the architectural features in the apartment, and indeed the whole house; beautiful wooden and tiled floors and period mouldings. (We also admired the choice of paint colours in the front room and the bathroom!). David and Jacqui were very kind, and even lent me a shoulder bag which was so useful. We loved the area too, and found people to be so friendly and helpful. For our first visit to the States, it was a great stay!
