A charming, immaculate gem of a studio for 1 or 2 people, with a large private patio space!
Modern studio with an American kitchen boasting a full size fridge, oven and washing machine, a modern bathroom, and an open living/sleeping area.
The sprawling private, lush patio is just off the living space with a lounge chaise, BBQ and dining table.
It is ground level and surrounded by green planters creating a sunny, airy but private outdoor space.
The neighborhood is charming and calm and just steps away from a 3 minute train ride direct to the Montparnasse train station. You are in the heart of the left bank within minutes and the "Champs-Elysées" are 15 minutes with the direct line 13 metro.

Check-in and check-out times can be flexible.
