The apartment is light and airy and has views of Arthur's Seat, the Firth of Forth and Calton Hill. Unique to this building is the shared roof terrace, which is accessed from the top of the entrance stairway and which has spectacular panoramic views over the city, sea and hills. There are sea views from all the windows.
With outlooks to the sea and the hills, the spacious living room is bright and airy. There is a comfortable dining area. One of the two sofas converts in to a double sofabed. A TV with built-in digibox, a selection of books and wall-to-wall carpeting complete the home comforts.
The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge, freezer, hob with four gas rings, and microwave. The microwave has a combined convection oven (but there is not a conventional electric oven in the kitchen). The double bedroom is fully carpeted and attractively furnished. The shower-room is partly wood panelled and has a wash-hand basin and walk-in shower (no bathtub).
The apartment has gas central heating. The price of gas, electricity and local taxes is included.

Great apartment with a perfect location close to just about everything :-) The apartment is spacious (we were two people staying there) and even though it is so centrally located in the city, there was almost no noise at night - an important thing when you value a good night's sleep ;-) Everything regarding the booking went very smoothly, Martin send us the keys in advance along with a very detailed description of how to find the apartment. All in all it was a delightful experience to rent this apartment, and we would definitely love to come back another time.
We enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh and we had a great apartment located next to everything, without too much noise, which was really nice. Martin was great from beginning to end and was very reactive to all my questions, which is nice when you go to a country that is not known and where it is not comfortable. Wifi connection, cons did not work very well. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts we will happily.
On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Édimbourg et nous avions un appartement super bien placé, à côté de tout, sans avoir trop de bruit, ce qui etait vraiment appréciable.
Martin a été super du début à la fin et a été très reactif pour toutes mes questions, ce qui est agréable lorsque l'on va dans un pays que l'on ne connait pas et ou on est pas à l'aise.
La connexion Wifi, par contre ne fonctionnait pas très bien.
L'appartement était propre et il y avait tout le confort souhaité, on y retournera avec plaisir.
La mia opinione è stata più che positiva, l'alloggio corrispondeva in tutto alla descrizione fornita, il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e la transazione online è facile, sicura e comoda. Il mio alloggio in particolare è consigliato perchè si trova in pieno centro di Edimburgo, nel cuore della Old Town, è molto comodo, silenzioso e ricco di comfort. Super!!!
Bis auf das grenzwertige Treppenhaus (sehr dunkel) nettes Apartment mitten in der Old town mit toller Aussicht von der Dachterrasse über dem 4. Stock!
El apartamento es perfecto. Amplio, luminoso, bien dotado en menaje para cocinar y toallas y sabanas, incluso nuevas sin estrenar, la cama comodisima y el sofa cama tambien. Limpieza bien, no le doy el 10 pero , si un 7, el baño limpio pero la cisterna perdia mucha agua y es algo que deberia arreglar porque puede resultar un poco molesto el ruido. El anfitrion estupendo porque cualquier duda te la contestaba al momento si le mandabas un correo electronico. El anfitrion deja un libro de indicaciones de como usar todo y los sitios de utilidad cercanos.
FALLO GORDO NO FUNCIONABA EL INTERNET Y ANUNCIA QUE SI LO TIENE Y A ESO NO NOS CONTESTO. Lo tomamos como su pequeña mentira!!
El apartamento esta centrico. Al lado de todo. El autobus al aeropuerto a 3 min., y pasa cada 15 min. Zona comercial a 3 min. Supermercados a 10 min. Bares por todos lados, castillo del Rey y la Reina a 10 min, visita Harry Poter 10 min, museo 10 min catedral, parques...todo muy cerca. Una tienda al lado por si quieres comprar alimentos. Wifi gratis en todos los locales de al lado.

Very nice, spacious and clean appartment close to the city centre and within walking distance of the railway station and airport bus. Many restaurants close by. The host Martin was very reliable and helpful.
We stayed 3 nights at 23 Cordiner's Land. And enjoyed the stay very much! Edinburgh is a fantastic city and Martin provides great service to make the stay as smooth as possible.
