Very nice apartment! The cost-value ratio is ok! But if you don't like dogs, it's not the proper neighborhood!
We stayed in Rome for four nights and we couldn't be happier for chosing Simone and Francesca apparment. You need to have the adress clear in your mind because it is in a very small street, but once you arrive all become better, the appartment is clean, nice, and with everthing that you could need.
It is very well conected with Vatican and City centre by bus and by metro.
Simone welcome us and he had prepared everything not only for the apparment but our city experience too. He was a very nice host!
We really recommend it, thank you for all Simone and Francesca!!
We had a great time in the appartment. Rome is a beautiful city and the appartment is located near public transport, so easily attainable.
Appartment is nice and decent, provides everything you need.
There is a nice restaurant just around the corner, so after a long day you can still go out and have a nice meal without having to travel all the way back.
Certainly a recommendation!
Great place for the money - apartment is very nice and clean, furniture looks fairly new. Generally, apartment appearance is very close to what you can see on the photos - considering my experience it was big surprise. The AC is a bit noisy, but it helps to survive the mid day heat after hours of sightseeing in full sun ;) - there is a very decent restaurant just a few meters away, and some markets around Cornelia station. We had just a few days stay but there is everything you need for longer vacations, like for example washing machine - 100% recommend.
The apartment is really nice and cosy. It's only a short walk from the metro-station "Cornelia", from where you can reach all the important places. Even nearer to the apartment is a bus station.
It's smaller than 87 sq m, but for 3 or 4 people it's perfect. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen ist well stuffed, there are even a few spices, such as salt and pepper, olive oil an vinegar, so that you don't have to buy everything for a simple meal. There's also a toaster and an italian coffee maker. The bathroom is also very nice and the hair dryer has really power. The couch in the living room is not as comfortable as the bed, but for a child, it was okay.
We didn't meet Simone and Francesca, so that we didn't get tour trips first hand, but there's a folder with all the important informations.
Just around the corner is a good restaurant and at the metro-station there's a "Simply"-supermarket. The walls are not soundproof, but all in all it's a rather quiet quarter.
We would recommend the apartment for a nice stay in Rome.
We had a great stay at the apartment of Simone and Francesca. Nice place with balcony (evening sun!). Comfortable bed! Street was a bit noisy, but we slept with the doors open (balcony is reached from the bedroom). You can always close the doors and put the airco on if it's too noisy for you. Thanks Simone and Francesca, we will definitely recommend your apartment to others.
A Young Roman with a nice small apartment just outside the city.
Tastefully decorated, in a real family style, may certainly be visited.
Definitely worth to book the apartment, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give a hair 12.
She gave us good tips for our stay in Rome
The stay was well located, with a very good connection to the old town.
