Located in the heart of Old Town, in El Carmen. Guests staying in these apartments will have a huge selection of bars and restaurants near the apartment. Also, walking can enjoy unique shops where to shop.
The apartment is located very near the Cathedral, being a must, 5 minutes walk you will find also the largest market in Europe located in the oldest part of Valencia and from there another 2 minutes lies the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. The entire old town is interconnected to each other with small streets.
The apartment has reversible air conditioning and hot / cold which makes them ideal at any time of year. The kitchens are fully equipped. The bathroom is separate bañera.Estos apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Located in an elevator building devoted to apartments, the building has terraces and areas such as leisure area for any of our customers to enjoy.

House rulesThis apartment does not meet the characteristics of a hotel but a residence surrounded by neighbors. The peace and quiet is to be respected and maintained at all times.
We strive to prepare the accommodation to ensure a relaxed and comfortable. Think of guests who will use after you the apartment and want to enjoy the apartment as much as you, to make use of the accommodation with care and, upon his departure, leave it as it was upon entry.
To confirm the reservation we require to make an application by clicking on "Book it" to be replied within 24 hours.
This apartment has a deposit of 200 €. The deposit is paid at the time of entry into the apartment and will be returned in full once our representative or the owner has found that the apartment is in the same condition as it was upon entry.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT.
Consumption are included in the price if it is a responsible consumption.
The minimum stay in the accommodation is 3 nights.
Check-in and Check-out
The entry into the apartment is guaranteed from 16.00h. If you arrive before 16:00 h, let us know well in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
Arrivals after 20:00 pm will be charged € 30. No entries are made after 01:00 h.
Departure is at 12:00 h. If you would like to leave later let us know at the time of entry and will do our best to satisfy.
The person in whose name the reservation was made must be 18 years old and be the one using the accommodation. At the time of the reservation you shall specify the number of people who will use the accommodation, which must be the same as it occupies. The accommodation capacity can never be exceeded, except for children under 4 years.
The guest who makes the booking and who signs the entry documents are personally responsible for conduct of all guests who accompany him.
The guest agrees not to perform in the housing activities that are annoying to the neighbors.
The owner reserves the right to refuse admission and the public scandal or inappropriate behavior that disrupts the resting and living in the building will mean immediate expulsion without regard to time of day or night. This also means the loss of rent and deposit without any right of compensation.
Respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels low, not only in the apartment but also on the stairs and the landing. The neighbors are not on vacation. They need to get up and go to bed early.
You mus respect the rules of operation of the owners of the building where the property is located and the proper use of common elements and facilities thereof.
The parties in the apartment are not allowed. Are strictly prohibited.
Please do not smoke inside the apartment.
The customer expressly acknowledges that the contracted accommodation does not constitute or will constitute your residence, boasting only a right to use it during the contracted period.
The owner assumes no liability for injury, liability, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused to guests for any reason or cause, directly or indirectly or any event. Nor do we assume any liability for loss or theft of personal property of guests (documents, money, jewelry) left in the apartment.
Respect the quiet time from 22:00 pm to 10:00 am.
During your stay in the apartment you will help to avoid wasting unnecessary energy making sure the air conditioning and lights are off when you leave the apartment.
During your stay you need to empty the trash and put it in the nearest trash container.
Always lock the front door when you leave the apartment.
In order to comply with the obligations under the Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal data and all those necessary, provided for contracted services, will be included in a file, duly notified to the AEPD, whose responsibility is the management company for this apartment. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en este apartamento. La ubicación es ideal para pasear por el casco histórico. Para mi fué muy importante que tenga Parking privado. El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. La atención de Pepi, exelente, muy amable y simpática.

Flat agradavel, bem localizado e de bom tamanho. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos anfitriões. Todos foram simpáticos e prestativos.
Apartamento céntrico,cómodo y limpio.
Calefacción, presión del agua muy buena y calienta rápido.
El trató de los anfitriones muy buena y correcta, y te atienden (al estar a 5 metros del apartamento) para cualquier consulta tanto del piso como de Valencia.
Tienen garage muy cerca también. Recomendable al 100%.
Para los que no os guste cocinar, hay bares y restaurantes ( hasta para llevar al piso) muy cerca también, y en la misma calle se haya un supermercado.
