Just a 20 minute drive away, you will also get to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Picafort. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort has a lot of life and contrasts with the tranquility of Platges de Muro. On the beaches of Can Picafort you can practice a great variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis. We also recommend you to visit the area of Alcudia and Pollensa, where you will find beautiful coves with crystalline waters.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Maison très bien située, bien équipée, propre, joli jardin. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
We was very satisfied with the house. One interesting things, was that the stove was heatest on number 1 in stead of 6! It´s takes two days to get that information.

Very nice apartment. Very good taste with furniture, paintings and sculptures. Aircon in every bedroom. Nice balcony to view the streetlife even if it can get noisy due to buses and busstops which was close. Close to beach, bakery and supermarkets.
The only really downside was the noise from restaurants which affects two of the three bedrooms. The windows are not that good as silencer. But what else to expect from such a central position?

Es una vivienda espectacular con todas las comodidades. La casa es tal y como se puede apreciar en las fotos, diría que incluso mejor aun que en las fotos. El trato ha sido excepcional y tuvimos un problema con un baño y a las pocas horas estaba resuelto por un técnico. Lo recomiendo totalmente, por la vivienda y ubicación cerca de una zona de calas preciosas aunque es necesario el coche merece la pena. Una suerte de vacaciones!!

Una caseta molt acollidora, agradable i ben situada a propet del mar. Hem passat una setmana ideal, acompanyats d'una immillorable meteorologia. L'únic punt no positiu a comentar seria la mida del llit principal, massa petit per a nosaltres. La parella amfitriona molt simpàtica i predisposta a ajudar-nos en el que calgúes. Els estem molt agraïts.

Mascara is a lovely apartment, ideal location and comfortable. However we weren't happy with the way the water system was set up, there was never enough hot water for all of us to shower/bath so we would end up with it freezing cold. This is the only gripe and would stay again as long as this was rectified.
El apartamento estaba a la altura de las expectativas. Limpio, con todo lo necesario, WIFI y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias.
El dueño de la vivienda era una persona muy amable, pero la agencia que gestiona la propiedad no estuvo muy atenta a la hora de la entrada.
Nos hicieron esperar hasta las 11 cuando las llaves estaban depositadas en el local de abajo a nuestra disposición desde las 9. No nos advirtieron de que el dueño no vendría a dárnoslas.
No obstante he de decir que cuando les llamamos dieron solución al problema con rapidez.
