About the Condo
The condo is conveniently located on Nimmanhemin Road, with 7-eleven, hair salon, laundry service, coffee shop and ATM machine on the ground floor. It also has high security with 24 hour security, CCTV and key card to enter the building.
Organic market, restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Italian, Thai and Burmese food), gym, nail salon, coffee shops, banks, milk bar, sushi bar, wine bar, tapas bar, night clubs, pharmacy, Tesco Lotus and Chiang Mai university is within walking distance. You can catch a public mini bus or a tuk-tuk easily in front of the building.
About the neighbourhood
Nimmanhemin or Nimmanhemin Road is Chiang Mai’s rapidly growing sophisticated quarter of the city with a walking distance of Chiang Mai University. The area commonly known as Nimman is located on the west side of the city in Suthep district with close proximity to the mountain. Along the street of Nimmanhemin as well as the alleys (“Soi” in Thai) to the east and west have become absolutely packed with chic coffee shops, classy wine bars, sushi joints, live music restaurants, trendy art and craft shop and boutiques.
Restaurants and bars abound; Monkey Pub in Soi 9 and Wake Up Club near Soi 12. The bars and restaurants are predominantely aimed at rich young Thais and though you will find a smattering of expats this area has not really caught on among tourists yet. Restaurants include numerous Japanese, Korean, Thai, Northern Thai, Chinese and Italian, the latter including Lanta Pizza in Soi 5. There are also good evening street food along the main street.
Don't worry about the noise though, we are well protected with 12 mm Windsor window + we are on the 10th floor + we have another separation that you can close if you want to.
