The house offers the following services: three bedrooms, a cozy living room with TV, another large lounge with fireplace and stereo, fully equipped kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. Outside there is a terrace where you can enjoy views of the small garden with various fruit trees and vegetables, and a solarium also has a barbecue and patio furniture. The house is located on the highway that runs from the Watchtower Tafira St. Bridget. As a cultural visit the parish church, rebuilt building early in the century after a fire in 1897 which only the tower survived. Inside you can admire some carvings like the sorrowful or the very old San Antonio. Encompassed within a larger project, covering the entire Guiniguada Ravine (one of the largest and most lush of the island), visit Guiniguada Agricultural Park, near the palm grove next to the market Satautejo and municipal and agricultural. Also in the Agricultural Park Guiniguada environment and the municipal market is the Casa Museo del Vino de Gran Canaria.
The neighborhood of La Atalaya is a place of great interest in it have survived until early last century a native village. Today many houses are kept in caves dug rehabilitated. We highlight its handmade pottery, both inherited from the Aboriginal and unique innovations that preserve ancient techniques. They are worth a visit Locero Center and Casa-Alfar Panchito Eco-museum, both in La Atalaya.

+ It worked fine on the description and photographs. There is a beautiful garden with fruit trees and flowering plants for the home, which also contains a walled patio with barbecue. Evening which lit by a street lamp, so that we in the dark delicately may have a barbecue.
+ The terrace is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the surroundings.
+ The house itself is very cozy and tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything necessary. So plenty of towels were provided and also extra blankets for cooler nights.
+ Also in the kitchen had all the necessary presence and it worked well. Even there were two heaters, which is not always obvious in Spanish homes.
+ When we had a problem, the owner came to fix it immediately.
- The boiler for hot water is a bit on the small side for 4 adults and a new or luxurious shower head would make showering more comfortable.
+ Dit huis voldeed prima aan de beschrijving en de foto's. Er ligt een mooie tuin met fruitbomen en bloeiende planten voor het huis, met daarin ook nog een ommuurde patio met barbecue. 's Avonds is die verlicht door een straatlantaarn, zodat we ook in het donker fijn een barbecue hebben kunnen houden.
+ Het terras is ruim en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving.
+ Het huis zelf is erg gezellig en sfeervol ingericht en goed voorzien van al het nodige. Zo waren er ruim voldoende handdoeken aanwezig en ook extra dekens voor de wat koudere nachten.
+ Ook in de keuken was al het nodige aanwezig en het werkte ook. Zelfs waren er 2 kachels, wat in Spaanse huizen niet altijd vanzelfsprekend is.
+ Toen we een probleempje hadden, kwam de eigenaar dit meteen oplossen.
- De boiler voor heet water is wat aan de kleine kant voor 4 volwassenen en een nieuwe of luxere douchekop zou het douchen prettiger maken.
The house, with it's own garden, a small garage and a sun terrace (with barbicue) is a gem. Getting in/out of the garage takes some learning but do-able in a small car. There is street parking about 150m away. The house is large, a very relaxing house with a vally view to the sea from from the terrace. It was a pleasure to stay there. It is on a hill so keeps you fit. There is a small supermarket (but very good) within walking distance. Unlike may proerties, this house has enough space for 6 without being cramped or using temporary beds - it has three good bedrooms, a TV lounge, a large sitting room and a reasonable kitchen - perhaps a bit cramped for 6 in the kitchen, but it works. I have given 4 stars, the only reason not to give five is the hill acces for a car.If you use a big car - then you would need to park 150m away. Conclusion:- It is a lovely house and garden, well worth the effort of climbing the hill, secluded, not overlooked, a real gem.

Not enough heating in the rest of the house. Woods for the fireplace was brought to us the last evening.
Very nice Cotage, terass and garden. Well equipped. Good location. Clean and a lot of space. Also nice to pick fresh oranges for the breakfast juice in the garden.
Sleeping rooms uppstairs and the stairs are a little bit tricky ! One week was not enough.
Everything was okay, except for adress. In advertisment and in message from owners there are two diffirent adresses, and we couldn't find the house at first.
The owner (Antonio) was very pleasant and brought for us some fresh oranges and lemons :)
A sweet little house up in the hills on the island. The owners were lovely - they gave us wood for the fire which was fabulous on winter evenings. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely holiday.
Our family spent one week during christmas at this beautiful place. We arrived late at night. The housekeeper met us at a nearby restaurant and showed us the way to the house and the facilities. The temperature in the saltwater pool was quite low but fortunately we had nice weather during the whole week and it was no mayor problem. The pool is shared by two houses, we were lucky to have it for ourselves since the other house was not occupied during our stay. There are generous facilities in the pool area including fridge, dishwasher, barbecue. The standard in the house is above average, it is well equipped with laundry, TV and so on, comfortable beds and very clean. The house i situated at the end of a road, surrounded by palm trees and cactus, very calm (despite the sound of the barking dogs in the village), far away from the mainstream tourist villages. The nearest supermarket is at Agaete, a 20-25 min ride on a VERY curvy road.
We have just spent a wonderful week in Gran Canaria. Everything was as described and only a short warm contact the owner. Easy as it gets. Those seeking peace and love nature, this is the place. Everything is in place, convenient facilities and a private pool is awesome. I want to keep anything, so a few frogs must not interfere in an adjacent pond and the road to the house is steep and partly not fixed, but the paths are often like that. All in all we were very pleased.
Wir haben gerade eine wundervolle Woche auf Gran Canaria verbracht. Alles war, wie beschrieben und nur ein kurzer herzlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Problemloser gehts nicht. Wer Ruhe sucht und die Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Alles ist vorhanden, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ein eigener Pool ist genial. Ich möchte nichts verschweigen, daher dürfen ein paar Frösche in einem benachbarten Weiher nicht stören und der Weg zum Haus ist steil und teilweise nicht befestigt, aber die Wege sind oft so. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Our fear of being perhaps "too close" at the airport has not been confirmed! The house is very nice, if you like the peace and quiet on the edge of a small town. Ideally situated for excursions in all directions of the island! House, Garden, Terrace: gorgeous to spend relaxing days! The house is more rustic than elegant, we have felt ourselves very well. In the house there is even a folder in Spanish and English with all important addresses / phone numbers as well as various excursions, if one of your own planning yet more tips benötigt.Wir are pleased in any case already to the next stay and can only recommend this villa!
Unsere Befürchtung evtl. "zu nah" am Flughafen zu sein, hat sich nicht bestätigt! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, wenn man die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit am Rande einer kleinen Stadt mag. Optimal gelegen, für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen der Insel! Haus, Garten, Terrasse: herrlich, um entspannte Tage zu verleben! Das Haus ist eher rustikal als elegant, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es sogar einen Ordner in spanisch und englisch mit allen wichtigen Adressen/Telefonnummern sowie diverse Ausflugstipps, falls man für die eigene Planung noch weitere Tipps benötigt.Wir freuen uns jedenfalls bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt und können diese Finca nur empfehlen!
Although the house looks really as nice as on the pictures, but unfortunately there was in both bedrooms Schimmel, who was also very much perceived as smell. Therefore, we have to leave the house early and wanted us another one.
The agency was very accommodating and has provided us after inspection of the mold the amount of the remaining nights.
The washing machine is not available, and some windows do not open and close well. The bathtub does not bid you to swim, which gives it to the floor rust stains, but you can take a shower nevertheless without hesitation.
So we make no recommendation for the house. However, the agency rented other houses on Wimdu and the agency, we still recommend wüden.
In the summer the house is certainly very beautiful, because it is dry, but in winter we can do it because of the humidity and lack of ventilation with significant mold growth really is not recommended.
Das Haus sieht zwar wirklich so schön aus, wie auf auf den Bildern, aber leider gab es in beiden Schlafzimmern Schimmel, der auch sehr stark als Geruch wahrnehmbar war. Daher haben wir das Haus vorzeitig verlassen und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.
Die Agentur war sehr kulant und hat uns nach Besichtigung des Schimmels den Betrag der restlichen Nächte erstattet.
Die Waschmaschine ist nicht nutzbar und einige Fenster lassen sich nicht gut öffnen und schließen. Die Badewanne läd nicht zum Baden ein, das es am Boden Rostflecke gibt, aber duschen kann man dennoch ohne Bedenken.
Also geben wir keine Empfehlung für das Haus. Die Agentur vermietet aber andere Häuser auf Wimdu, und die Agentur wüden wir dennoch empfehlen.
Im Sommer ist das Haus bestimmt sehr schön, da es trockener ist, aber im Winter können wir es aufgrund der Luftfeuchte und mangelnden Lüftung mit deutlicher Schimmelbildung wirklich nicht empfehlen.
