House rules

In my house you can do whatever you want if you respect people's freedom. In my apt you can use everything you find, laundry computer, microwave, and you can organize your room as you prefere. If you need a table or you want to move beds you can. I allow smoking but I usually ask to smoke in the kitchen if possible. Every friend and guest is welcome in my home, I like when my guests can socialize between them and I usually I try to let people know and talk them about their trips experience.

I recommend everyone to sleep here. We were very pleased with the stay. We didn't know there would be food in the kitchen for us, so that was a nice surprise! Thank you for the stay and for the jam that your mother made for us, it was very nice!

The room and the apartment correspond to the pictures. The apartment is a little eccentric but very accessible with public transport. We had an issue with our plane tickets and Emanuele was very understanding and accommodating. Welcome, good advice for sightseeing and places to eat. I recommend!

well located apartment, blue room is very quiet as not facing the street, great that an Internet-connected computer is available, fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. Getting to the Vatican is doable on foot. The keys worked perfefkt and besides that, we felt very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our time in Rome. We were caught up at the nearest metro-station, so we did not have to look for Emanueles place. The room and the whole flat were very comfortable. By bus we needed about 10 minutes to Vatican City. If you need some information about the city, you can ask the hosts. Everything was great, so we can only recommend this place for everyone else.

We were delighted by the reception of Emanuele and housing conforms (displayed on the site) and well located to reach the center of Rome very quickly We will keep great memories of our stay, a true museum open Gildas and Anne getaway "honeymoon" from 3 to 8/05/012
