There are 3 spacious double bedrooms which makes the apartment perfect for families or groups of up to 6-7 people.
This beautiful and exclusive apartment is located on the boarder of zone 1 and 2 and is outside of the congestion charge zone. It is great for tourists and It is also ideal for people visiting London for the first time.
There are two bus stops or five minutes walk to both Stockwell underground station (zone 2) and Vauxhall underground station (zone 1). Train journey to Oxford street is 10 minutes, Victoria station 8 minutes.
For shopping, bus journey to Oxford street (bus 88) from outside the flat is 30 minutes, and during the journey you will pass the Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Leicester square and more famous landmarks.
The London eye is 20 minutes away by bus and there is a direct train from Stockwell to Camden Market around 40 minutes. There are also great transport links to the night life and theaters in the west-end.
Just only 4 - 5 minutes walk from the apartment you will find local restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes.
Lambeth is located in south central London and is the home to Tate Modern - a visit is a must for contemporary art lovers. Tate Modern is located on the amazing South Bank, which is full of bars and restaurants, and an amazing place to stroll around.
Lambeth is only a bridge away from Westminster, where you will find Big Ben and the beautiful buildings of Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace.
Hyde Park is a short journey away, where you will find Kensington Gardens. On the east side off Hyde Park you will reach Oxford Street, the most famous shopping street in London with shops such as Selfridges and Debenhams. Most attractions of London are within easy reach, such as Piccadilly Circus, Madame Tussauds and Tower of London.
There are plenty of tube stations in the area that will take you wherever you want to go in London. If you want to enjoy the extensive night life London has to offer, there are also plenty of buses and night buses running 24/7 from all directions in London.

A security deposit of £200 or Eur 200 is needed against any breakages and damages, this will be returned to you on the day of departure after final inspection and return of keys.

The apartment was in the condition expected. There were no problems with anything, easy to get there by using the information son Nick gave us. Nick had purchased breakfast breads, cold cuts milk and eggs. Moreover, there were other accessories as well which was free to use. Good location with bus stop just outside ytterdörren.kan recommended. Slightly smaller apartment than what the pictures show but okay.
Lägenheten var i det skick som förväntades. Det var inga problem med någonting, lätt att hitta dit med hjälp av den information son Nick gav oss. Nick hade inhandlat frukost bröd, pålägg mjölk och ägg. För övrigt så fanns det andra tillbehör också som var fritt att använda. Bra läge med buss hållplats precis utanför ytterdörren.kan rekommenderas. Något mindre lägenhet än vad bilderna visar men helt okej.
We spent four wonderful days in London. The accommodations met our expectations. Three bedrooms and large and well equipped kitchen. Be very welcome on arrival not to go off to find food because Nick, excellent host, had fruit and other food in the house, apart from all kinds of products for cooking. The only but is that the living area is a bit small. Highlighting the excellent location and communication of the house with two buses at the door to take you downtown in fifteen or twenty minutes.
Definitely would repeat another s accommodation rental in London.
Hemos estado cuatro estupendos días en Londres. El alojamiento a cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Tres habitaciones y cocina grandes y muy bien equipadas. Muy de agradecer encontrarse al llegar que no hay que ir corriendo a buscar comida porque Nick, excelente anfitrión, tenía fruta y otros alimentos en la casa, aparte de todo tipo de productos para cocinar. El único pero es la zona de estar que es un poco pequeña. Destacar la excelente ubicación y comunicación de la casa con dos autobuses en la misma puerta que te llevan al centro en quince o veinte minutos.
Sin duda repetiría alojamiento en otra s vacaciones en Londres.
We are satisfied with the stay in Nicks apartment in Vauxhall. It was easy to get to the centre of London from the apartment . The apartment had all that we needed and the that we was really happy about was the way Nick tock care of everything and that he had put som food i the refredigator so we had a breakfast our first morning. :))
We stayed with six adults in Nick's apartment. The three bedrooms were large and had great beds. The living room is rather small, in particular when you want to watch tv with all six. But it is possible and not that inconvenient. Bathroom and toilet are tiny but ok and clean. The bus right in front of the house was great and it only takes about 10 minutes into town. Nick is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome with fruit, milk and drinks in the refrigerator!
Nick is a wonderful host. Really nice and attentive person. He organized some fresh fruits and basic food before our arriving.
The apartment is clean and comfortly furnished. The bus stop is just in front of the house, which brings you in less than 15 minutes to Westmister. Good place to stay. Thanks Nick for everything!! :)

The strength of the apartment is the location. In front of the door there is the bus lines 2 and 88, in particular the latter reaches the center of London (Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, etc..) In a short time. At about 150 meters from the stop of the subway (vauxhall). Coming out right from the apartment there are two small supermarkets and a great fish (I recommend it). A supermarket provided you can find it at the bus terminal of Vauxhall. Our stay in the apartment was nice. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious enough. The area is quiet. We hope to come back to Nick's house.
Il punto di forza dell’appartamento è la posizione . Davanti l’uscio vi è la fermata delle linee 2 e 88 , in particolare quest’ultima raggiunge il centro di Londra (trafalgar square , piccadilly circus ecc.) in breve tempo . A circa 150 metri troverete la fermata della metrò (vauxhall). Uscendo a destra dall’appartamento vi sono due piccoli supermercati e un’ottima pescheria (ve la consiglio). Un supermercato più fornito lo potete trovare al terminal dei bus di Vauxhall. Il nostro soggiorno nell’appartamento è stato gradevole. La cucina è ben fornita . Le camere da letto sufficientemente spaziose. La zona è tranquilla. Ci auguriamo di poter tornare a casa di Nick.
Nice and friendly host Nick welcomed us in his very nice appartment near the centre of London (next tube station Vauxhall is only 7 min walk). He left some fruit, wine, milk and roles in the well equipped kitchen (although we missed a towel for our hands). The bedrooms have a good size, but let in a lot of daylight (so when you're sensitive to it: bring a cover for your eyes). Toilet and bathroom are OK (and had towels for all of us). Unfortunately wifi didn't work.
