Not worth the price. I've stayed in cleaner, better serviced & maintained apartments/rooms then 10 Stanley. Its dirty unhygienic it's not worth your money!!! Kitchen /cleaning utensils minimal and I'm not to complain but falsely advertised! No toilet paper or fresh towels supplied.
The hostess was not Irene, appeared with a small delay someone else to give us the keys and tell us something of the apartment.
La anfitriona no era Irene, apareció con un pequeño retraso otra persona para darnos las llaves y comentarnos alguna cosa del apartamento.
the apartment is located in zone 3, but however the tube line is within walking distance and is well connected to central London. The area is full of market and all in all not bad, although I do not know how it is at night since we came back up to 21.00. The apartment was not the ultimate in cleanliness, in fact it was full of dust, but the thing that has been weighing on the sofa bed they slept in my children that was completely broken .... just be thrown away, buckled and rusty ... Ivan, the boy sent by Irene to fix the situation was very kind and tried to fix the best network .... but unfortunately without success. All in all, apart from the inconvenience and the smell of damp and mold in the entrance hall, our stay in London was amazing and London is lovely !!!
l'appartamento si trova in zona 3, ma tuttavia la linea tube si trova a breve distanza ed è ben collegata con il centro di Londra. La zona è piena di market e tutto sommato non è male, anche se non so come sia di notte in quanto massimo alle 21.00 noi siamo rientrati. L'appartamento non era il massimo della pulizia, anzi era pieno di polvere, ma la cosa che più è pesata è stato il divano letto su cui hanno dormito i mie bambini che era completamente rotto....proprio da buttare, inarcato e arrugginito...Ivan, il ragazzo mandato da Irene a sistemare la situazione è stato molto gentile ed ha cercato di sistemare al meglio la rete....ma purtroppo senza esito. Tutto sommato, a parte gli inconvenienti e la puzza di umidità e di muffa nell'androne, il nostro soggiorno a Londra è stato stupendo e Londra è incantevole!!!
exepcional situation, very quiet, 2 minutes walk from the station i of a 24 h supermarket area.
It is located in a house that has been divided in several studies. This has 4 hotplates, but the fume extractor does not work, the bed was broken i every 2 x3 well we had to put the mattress that was falling. The banjo was very young: if you are taller than 185cm wide i you are something not enter. The second day there we had to call us to be lit warm water in 30 minutes it was fixed. The rest ok: Ok cleaning, heating ok, ok neighbors.

situacion exepcional, zona muy tranquila, a 2 minutos andando de la estacion i de un supermercado 24 h.
Se encuentra en una casa que ha sido dividida en varios estudios. Este dispone de 4 fogones, pero el estractor de humos no funciona, la cama estaba rota i cada 2 x3 teniamos que colocar bien el somier que se caia. El banyo era muy chico: si mides mas de 185cm i eres algo ancho no entras. El segundo dia tubimos que llamar para que nos encendieran el agua caliente, en 30 minutos estaba solucionado. El resto ok: limpieza aceptable, calefaccion ok, vecinos ok.

The apartment very correct with all amenities. But the input side street is an authentic guarrada full of bags piled garbage and not collected. At the entrance when it rains, you have to put bricks to avoid getting wet shoes.
El apartamento muy correcto con todas las comodidades. Pero la calle lateral de entrada es una auténtica guarrada, llena de bolsas de basura amontonadas y no recogidas. En la entrada cuando llueve, hay que poner ladrillos para no mojarse los zapatos.
The location is great, near Notting Hill and Hyde Park. Underground stations, buses and supermarkets are very nearby. Reception was friendly.
The apartment was not what we expected. It is very small and has only the most basic kitchen utensils. No kitchen or tea towel, no hand towels. The "chairs" are two very small plastic stools.
Electricity was complicated: we had to take a stick out of the meter and charge it in the supermarket.
All in all we had a great time in London, but next time we won't stay here again.
Our stay was very enjoyable. The proximity to the train station was only about 5 minutes, and the room was comfortable and satisfied our needs. We had enough room inside to relax. Some minor corrections could be made - no forks in the silverware set; no battery in the wall clock; wifi was inoperative for 2 of the 7 days. These inconveniences were overcome by our trip preparation. All in all, not a bad apartment.
We spent one week in the apartment Irene during our stay in London.
It is conveniently located next to Hide Park in a residential area with a shopping street where you can find all 50m
the apartment is on the top floor overlooking the courtyard side so it is very quiet
it is fine for a couple but a bit tight for 4 because the extra bed is not comfortable and the kitchen equipment is very minimalist range for 4 ... 2!
But it remains a detail and value for money is very good!
We had read comments on the antiquated bathroom, she certainly is not new but very functional with a large shower and clean although there are some unavoidable traces of mold in a shower room without windows!
We did not meet directly Irene but the welcome was perfect and explanations too!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans l'appartement d'Irène lors de notre séjour à Londres.
Il est idéalement situé à coté de Hide Parc dans un quartier résidentiel avec une rue commerçante où l'on trouve tout à 50m
l'appartement est au dernier étage et donne coté cour donc c'est très calme
il est très bien pour un couple mais un peu juste pour 4 car le lit d'appoint n'est pas confortable et l'équipement cuisine est très minimaliste... 2 fourchette pour 4 !
Mais cela reste un détail et rapport qualité prix c'est très bien !
Nous avions lu des commentaires sur la salle de bains vétuste, certes elle n'est pas neuve mais très fonctionnelle avec une grande douche et propre même si il y a quelques traces de moisissures inévitables dans une pièce d'eau sans fenêtre !
Nous n'avons pas rencontrer Irène directement mais l’accueil était parfait et les explications aussi !

Correct quality / price satisfactory, given the prices in London!
Located less than 5 minutes from the subway that connects the center (Piccadilly) in 15 to 20 minutes, shops nearby, quiet street; It lacks a comfortable bed (sofa-bed is really poor) and kitchen utensils (kitchen is very well equipped, but there are no dishes); We relouerons anyway Irene because it practice the best market prices, but we recommend instead its apartments in Bayswater.
Correct, rapport qualité/prix satisfaisant, vu les prix pratiqués à Londres!
Situé à moins de 5 mn du métro qui relie le centre (Picadilly) en 15 à 20 mn, commerces à proximité, rue calme; Il manque juste un couchage confortable (le sofa-bed est vraiment médiocre) et des ustensiles de cuisine (la cuisine est très bien équipée, mais il n'y a pas de plats); Nous relouerons de toute façon à Irene car elle pratique les meilleurs prix du marché, mais nous conseillons plutôt ses appartements situés à Bayswater.
