My stay at the Chamartin Ciudad Jardin apartment on Calle Ramos Carrion, Madrid has not been satisfactory. Nest in bed I could not sleep because it was totally broken and got an infernal noise. We had to sleep on the floor leading to the lounge mattress. Besides the mattress were three pieces of tables. The stage gets noisy and at night is very annoying. The refrigerator gets noisy, the doors of the kitchen cupboards to sag. The Nordic has a few very "unpleasant" spots and very nice couch but needs cleaning.
Conclusion needs urgent reform and have paid a lot of money to sleep on the floor.
As it is not recommend to anyone.
Mi estancia en el apartamento Chamartin Ciudad Jardin, en la calle Ramos Carrión, de Madrid NO ha sido satisfactoria. En la cama nido no se podía dormir por que era totalmente inestable y metía un ruido infernal. Tuvimos que dormir en el suelo llevando el colchón al salón. Además el somier eran tres trozos de tablas. La tarima mete mucho ruido y por la noche es muy molesto. El frigorífico mete mucho ruido, las puertas de los armarios de cocina se descuelgan. Los nórdicos tiene unas cuantas manchas muy "desagradables" y el sofá muy bonito pero necesita una limpieza.
Conclusión necesita una reforma urgente y he pagado mucho dinero por dormir en el suelo.
Tal como está no lo recomiendo a nadie.

I enjoyed with my family a long weekend at Casa Ricardo. The house was much appreciated and we will certainly book there wiedermal.
The apartment was adequate for the price: small and equipped with old furniture. The sofas were to cover the dirt, covered with blankets.

It is unfair to specify CHRISTIAN as a landlord! The "rip-off", comes after booking. It required 19 euros per person for the final cleaning.
There were six in a 55 square meter apartment and had to pay 114 euros. The kitchen (no oven and without worktop) was approx 2 1/2 sq.m. / small and we had to unhook the door in order to open the cutlery drawer can. I could list several other shortcomings, but on such short notice, there was nothing else and the basic price was first low ....
My recommendation: always disconnect from this dubious business !!!. Upon further collaboration with Interhome, I can recommend Wimdu only limited further.

Nous sommes arrivé, dans une maison sale (moustique mort sur les coussins etc ...), pour 8 personnes seulement 4 couettes.
Cependant, personnel toujours aimable et cordiale au téléphone. Elle nous amené dans la journée les couettes manquantes et offert la wifi.
