Bugibba centre situated approximately 500 metres away offers shops, bars and restaurants. One can walk down from the apartment to the promenade which takes you along the coast of St. Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra.
Buses from just down the road will take you to any destination in Malta. Limestone rock beaches surround the coast of St. Paul's Bay where one can find water sports and many perfect spots for snorkeling or possibly take a diving or boat trips around the coast, or even charter a skippered yacht all for yourself. The village f St Paul’s bay has retained also its own character and charm, that of a fishing village.
This penthouse is situated in a block of rental apartments. The apartment is brand new and is served with a lift. The apartment in this block is a rental properties and is fully managed by a professional team who services the apartment to ensure everything is up to specs.
This 1-bedroom penthouse consists of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a front terrace with street views having a Jacuzzi with BBQ and outdoor seating area for a great relaxing holiday.
The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking meals. It has a gas hob with electric oven and microwave making it ideal for sophisticated cooking or just a quick meal. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a comfortable couch area and an LED TV with full cable programs.
The apartment further consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a day bed as well with en-suite. The Ensuite comes fully equipped with shower cubicle. Furthermore, the apartment has a full family bathroom with a bath tub and shower in it. Moreover, the penthouse has a back balcony that overlooks the private gardens of the neighbors making it quite airy and sunny also with sea views of St Paul's Bay and the small Island.
The penthouse comes complete with linen and towels. It has also complementary Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. This makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday as it is walking distance to any amenity. Both bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned. This penthouse can easily sleep 4 people.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on arrival via credit card.
Please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 2 bedroom apartment- 150KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.

The apartment has a great location. (Central, bus etc easily accessible, minimarket on the corner). Transfer and communication with the landlord went smoothly. Unfortunately there were a few shortcomings: garbage in the house entrance, the decor was rather spartan, especially in the kitchen and dishes (no bowl, no functioning opener, no coffee maker, no hook etc.). The gas bottle for a barbecue was empty, was not safe to use and promised batteries were not renewed, toilet brushes were canceled. These deficiencies the price was too high, and therefore only three stars
Das Appartement hat eine super Lage.(zentral,Bus etc gut zu erreichen, Minimarket direkt an der Ecke). Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Leider gab es ein paar Mängel: Müll im Hauseingang, die Einrichtung war eher spartanisch, besonders bei Küche und Geschirr (keine Schüssel, nicht funktionierender Dosenöffner, keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Haken etc.). Die Gasflasche zum Grillen war leer, Safe war nicht zu benutzen und versprochene Batterien wurden nicht erneuert, Toilettenbürsten waren abgebrochen. Bei diesen Mängeln war der Preis überhöht, und daher nur DREI Sterne
Inmiddels 2 dagen terug van een fantastische vakantie op St. Paul's Bay. Het appartement was ideaal voor een verblijf met ons kind van 1,5 jaar. Om het kort, krachtig en duidelijk te omschrijven hieronder een opsomming van onze bevindingen.

- aparte slaapkamer
- douche en bad
- fraai uitzicht
- goed werkende lift(je)
- St. Paul's Bay is een leuk stadje
- veel horeca gelegenheden
- heerlijk wandelen langs de boulevard
- National Aquarium op loopafstand
- zeer schoon bij aankomst
- wasmachine bij eigen appartement
- kinderzitje en kinderbedje staan keurig klaar bij aankomst
- geen sleutel nodig, dus ook niet te verliezen (via inlogcode, ideaal)
- zitbanken niet comfortabel
- tuinameublement verteerd, viel uit elkaar
- zeer kleine keuken
- keuken weinig geoutilleerd (mist schilmes, schone planken e.d.)
- voorzieningen om schoon te maken nihil (wel een mop, geen uitwringemmer)
- wat meer haakjes/opbergruimte in de woonkamer zou prettig zijn
- parasol helemaal kapot
Ondanks de paar minpunten zou ik dit appartement zo aanraden, zowel aan stellen als gezinnen. Voor gezinnen is het wel van belang te weten dat je kind(eren) op dezelfde kamer liggen, voor ons is dit geen probleem.
Verwacht niet dat je 'haute cuisine' neer gaat zetten, maar ik ben dan op vakantie en voor lekker simpel volstaat de keuken prima. Het is hier en daar behelpen of vooral even wennen, maar het kan prima. De supermarkt is echt aan de overkant van de straat en ondanks de chaos hebben zij er veel en verse producten. Wil je een 'goede' supermarkt met een top bakkerij dan moet je even 2 straatjes verder lopen naar bakkerij Gormina (als ik het mij goed herinner). Hier hebben ze echt heel veel, netjes opgeruimd en heerlijk vers brood en banket. Ook zit in deze straat een vis en vlees winkel, dus zeker de moeite om naar toe te lopen.

The apartment was as described. However, the agent welcoming us was rushed and small things felt like they were done "on the cheap ". Some light bulbs didn't work, there was only a couple of sachets of salt and pepper (despite being advertised as having a full kitchen), and so on. WiFi was broken for best part of a day. The agent should sort this stuff out prior to arrival.
The appartment was great!
I had a problem with the wardrobe, and it was fixed within 2 days.
The only point is it can take a while to park your car ;)
I recommended this appartment, but if you hire a car it's maybe not the right location because of the parking issues.
We had a wonderful holiday in Sliema, Malta. The apartment is well located, beaches, a shopping centre and a lot of bars and restaurants were only a few minutes away, The apartment has al the supplies you need. We had a warm welcome and our host was friendly and always there to help you with questions.

Great apartment with a really nice view. Plenty of room and the apartment included everything we needed. St Julians Bay is surrounded by nice restaurants and less than ten minutes walks to supermarkets and beaches. A very kind women from our own country welcomed us en explained everything. We could contact them anytime if we needed help, but fortunately that wasn't necessary. Thanks for the great stay, we had a very nice time!
What a memorable experience. The apartment was extremely clean and more than adequate for our 15 nights stay. Our host met us at the door- step although we were a little late arriving. We were shown around the apartment and given all the necessary information required. The apartment was well placed for Sliema and near to all the supermarkets etc. We would recommend to all. Many thanks to you all for your help in ensuring we had a perfect holiday.
